Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the pillow in its original packaging or a secure box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
